called Emma and asked if she would be a guest lecturer and researcher for the  Anthropology department for the semester.  She was open for the Winter to write yet she felt she could do both so signed the contract to begin the 8th of January.  Until then she would live it up.  John was on his way to take her skiing at Purgatory.  He was as good as an instructor so she looked forward to her lesson.

John came to visit

For Christmas Eve, he brought wine and a gift from him and his fiance, for Emma.  He met her guest Esther for the first time.  She was charming and he heard stories about Siberia all night from both women.  Esther told John that she was in a culture shock having to do with Durango and Emma wanted her to stay indefinitely.  She was used to following Emma around so she warmly agreed.

called the indigenous college department at Fort Lewis.  She made an appointment for January 5, The new year 2018.  Her planner was very busy that week.  She wanted to write an essay on Native Americans and the connection to Mexican tribes of Mexico City.  She felt with migration and nomadic patterns of trade there would be.

and still got sick.  My eyes water and my nose is stuffed up.  I feel achy all over.  Heard it was only 10% effective.  Great!

Almost a month

Out of rehab, walking some and the memories are close by of falling.  I wish I could forget yet I was oblivious of walking right.  Now I am plagued and I am more careful.  I want to progress past where I am.  I try to stay in the moment and enjoy my recovery.  Walked some further and away from my comfort zone, all in a day's work.

I remember the rehab center where I relearned how to walk.  I used to lay awake worried about walking at all.  Never have I known such great stress or such peace in the struggle.  Victor Frankle outlines when consciousness takes over to survive or survival mode.

Woke up early and by 8am I was out walking.  First time to engage in reality walkabout since my fall.  Yes there is virtual, definitely.  I have walked it.

Had a dream

Got into a hunter green colored car that was hugely luxurious in the back.  I entered impressed and enjoyed the ride.  Ran into an old friend and he said " Where is ____?"   The ending was less elaborate yet relationships were the focus and the true luxury!

Accomplishing a lot now with the beginning of December, today even so!  I have a 3 month plan to study, then also write a letter for an alternative to test for my licensure.  The second alternative, I will put More of my effort forth.

Achieved my day as a real athlete, busy all day, happy and content.  Getting an appointment book for the first time, in awhile.  Seeing that I am far surpassing in all domains and the minor in things no longer interests me.

Saw the fireworks from my 7th floor apartment.  The night before it had rained on my windows, the blasts seemed out of order yet on target.  The rain won that one, this Time!

The manual completion,

one level happened when I physically went to Norman Oklahoma, for a workshop the first time.  All the coordinates started to line up as though I was also in Durango, also!  That was where six months of prep work had gone on for, the manual to be presented.  We did some in Norman also.  One example:
toured the OU campus especially the famous library.  It was a quantum event--- yea and a shout for Summer Day Manual.
